The Heart Boxes
At The Heart Boxes, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted charcuterie boxes and boards for every special occasion. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have the following policies in place:
Order Confirmation & Delivery Dates
All orders must be confirmed by The Heart Boxes before they are considered final. Submitting an order request does not automatically guarantee availability for your selected delivery or pickup date.
If an order is placed without prior confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery date. However, if we are unable to fulfill it as originally requested, we will contact you to arrange the closest available alternative date or solution.
We strongly recommend placing orders in advance to secure your preferred date.
Refund Policy – Charcuterie Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• All sales are final once the order has been confirmed.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time.
• We are not responsible for products once they have been picked up or successfully delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos so we can properly review the concern.
Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimated within a delivery window. While we do our best to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) may cause slight delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time. The Heart Boxes is not responsible for orders left unattended unless previously agreed upon.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, nuts, gluten, meats, and fruits. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any severe allergies prior to confirming their order.
Virtual Classes Policy
All virtual class purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the live session, no refunds will be issued. A recording of the class will be sent to the email address used during registration, and you will have access to watch it at your convenience.
By purchasing a virtual class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
